  • Solution engagement — a discrete AI system scoped, built, deployed, and (optionally) operated by Spruce. Fixed-fee or time-and-materials, depending on clarity of scope.
  • Portfolio engagement — two or more related AI solutions delivered in coordinated waves across a quarter or fiscal year, with shared architecture, governance, and delivery cadence.

Our applications meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards. We also offer responsible-AI reviews as part of every engagement, with explicit bias, explainability, and human-review controls appropriate to the use case.
